One of the first things Siyanda did when coming to Norway was joining a Moonwalk program. Siyanda has seen with his own eyes how difficult life is without access to electricity, and when he could work trying to improve access to power he knew he had to be a part of it full-time. As Managing Director in Pawa, Siyanda took the team to really listen and learn from the people having this problem. Originally from South Africa he knew that making a solution from Norway just wouldn’t work, and in a hut in Kenya together with the locals they laid the grounds for Pawa’s success. Read more here.
